Recruitment Coordinator
LHH is an entertainment firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a long-term contract role. The Recruiting Coordinator will support senior recruiters in managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, focusing on high-volume hiring and candidate support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone and in-person)
Manage candidate communication, tracking, and documentation in an ATS
Conduct preliminary phone screens and reference checks
Post job openings and support recruiting strategies
Assist with sourcing and maintaining candidate pipelines
Support applicants throughout recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Process new hires and assist with reports, presentations, and ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition
Experience with ATS/HR systems (Workday a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Interest in recruitment, DEI initiatives, and long-term career growth in talent acquisition
