Conduct outbound calls to current customers whose accounts are up for renewal
Overcome cancelation requests
Utilize a consultative sales approach with a focus on an exceptional customer experience
Maintain CRM and update customer information
Keep abreast of industry, contract coverage and limits, process and procedures
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of recent, continuous sales experience; phone sales is preferred
Proven track record of sales success and goal achievement
You're motivated by success and ready to crush your goals
You connect easily, listen actively and love helping others
You're persuasive, quick on your feet, and love the thrill of the close
You're hungry to learn, earn and advance
