Rincon-Vitova Insectaries is seeking an Operations & Customer Support Systems Assistant for a seasonal role. The position involves supporting customer service and front-office operations, as well as implementing modern business tools such as CRM and communication systems.
Responsibilities
Answering phones and supporting customers (10–15 hrs/week)
Data entry and updates in QuickBooks and website pricing
Helping implement and document new CRM, new phone system, and email tools
Organizing digital and physical workspaces
Supporting team members in consistent system use
Qualification
Required
Entry-level, seasonal role supporting customer service, front-office operations, and implementation of modern business tools (CRM, phone, email systems)
