Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support organizational goals across healthcare, housing, and shared services mission lines
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce trends, and role requirements
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform talent, workforce planning, and organizational design decisions
Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, programmatic, operational, and leadership roles
Conduct recruitment strategy meetings, develop job postings, manage sourcing efforts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship management, and community partnerships
Ensure a professional, timely, and mission-aligned candidate experience throughout all stages
Develop, maintain, and report on a talent acquisition scorecard to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment activities
Ensure recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Represent Brighton Marine at job fairs, career events, and community engagement activities, including veteran-focused partnerships
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing coaching and support on recruitment best practices
Strengthen Brighton Marine’s employer brand through consistent messaging and high-quality candidate interactions

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered
4+ years of talent acquisition experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of role types (clinical, administrative, programmatic, operational, and leadership)
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing strategies
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities; able to manage high-volume work and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills to develop and use recruitment dashboards or scorecards
Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems
Ability to ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Exposure to nonprofit and/or healthcare sectors strongly preferred
