Sales Representative (Hunter) – Utility-Scale Solar & BESS Staffing

Responsibilities
Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, site visits, and industry events
Identify and qualify active projects and upcoming labor needs across utility-scale solar and BESS markets
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
Negotiate rates, terms, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Build and manage a net-new sales pipeline with disciplined CRM usage
Secure repeat business and establish long-term client partnerships
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated new business development success
Experience in one or more of the following: staffing/recruiting, construction, renewable energy, or industrial services
Proven ability to cold prospect and build pipeline from scratch
Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating complex contract discussions
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with quota-based compensation
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
