Qualification
Required
Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in retail, project management, hospitality, food service industry or related industries
Experience reading and analyzing business data, such as financial reports and inventory planning reports
Proven record of creating, implementing, and managing scalable systems in the workplace
Fluency in the Google Workplace suite or equivalent
Preferred
Experience including supervisory roles, in profit / loss reporting or revenue generating expectation positions, budget management experience, and/or
Certifications in Retail Management or Operations (ie, Retail Management Certificate RMCP, CROP or equivalent)
Experience communicating with landlords and/or local government employees regarding commercial leases and/or grants and permits
Experience managing inventory across multiple sales channels
Understanding of how to propel an existing brand forward through marketing without losing its unique voice and marketplace position
Experience overseeing a marketing or new product launch calendar
