Responsibilities
Support production and ancillary departments at studio through all stages of production
Help out on tasks to maintain organized studio space
Schedule and organize meeting, including taking notes and distributing them after the meeting
Assist with tracking and archiving production details
Aid in talent and network relations
Track production progress for shows across Adult Swim
Log/Transcribe shows as they change across various cuts
Archive footage and documents keeping them organized and available for production team members
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with animation process and current adult swim programming
Well organized and good multi-tasking skills
Positive attitude and eager to help out on an assortment of projects
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or rising Senior undergrad student (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA). A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended
Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Nice to have previous experience working in customer service, retail, boring job
Experience and knowledge in Adobe Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft, and Final Draft are a plus!
