Lead CAD and BIM production for larger, more complex structural projects
Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D structural models
Coordinate closely with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and constructability
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD and BIM standards
Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in CAD and BIM software
Strong understanding of structural systems and construction processes
Experience working on large, multi-disciplinary building projects
Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate effectively with project teams
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality construction documents
