Lead, coach, and support a high-performing teller team to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational accuracy, and full compliance with bank policies and procedures
Oversee daily teller operations, manage branch scheduling, and conduct regular performance check-ins while providing continuous coaching and feedback
Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience
Support teller training across all branch locations and actively participate in reviewing, revising, and creating operational procedures
Achieve deposit growth and new account goals, offering cross-branch support as needed, and remaining accessible to answer questions and assist with escalations
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards while remaining knowledgeable in bank products and services to effectively cross-sell
Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach, support teller training across all branch locations, and perform banker and teller duties including account openings and transaction processing
Provide coverage and accessibility to support other branch offices as needed and carry out other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Remain knowledgeable in bank products and services to effectively cross-sell
