Responsibilities
Apply technical expertise in the production of products
Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment
Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs
Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs
Solve production problems and improve process capabilities
Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews
Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers
Participate in the administration of technical procedures
Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations
Support capacity model and lean initiatives. May participate in lean six sigma improvement teams
May interact with teammates in numerous global locations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering
Zero (0) years of related experience
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering
GPA of 3.0 or above
Prior internship experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
