Responsibilities
Support construction-phase execution of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects (100–400 MW)
Coordinate closely with EPC contractors to ensure engineering deliverables, schedules, and technical requirements are met
Review and validate:
Construction drawings
Electrical one-lines and diagrams
Solar PV layouts
Track and support resolution of:
RFIs
Technical issues
Design changes and execution impacts
Serve as a technical liaison between internal engineering teams, EPCs, and project stakeholders
Provide limited support to development-phase projects as bandwidth allows, including technical reviews and constructability input
Participate in occasional site visits for inspections, supervision, and coordination meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical discipline
5+ years of experience supporting utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects
Direct hands-on experience working with EPC contractors during active construction
Strong understanding of construction-phase workflows and EPC responsibilities
Working knowledge of NEC and applicable electrical codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proficiency in PVsyst
Ability to manage multiple workstreams across construction and limited development activities
Comfortable working in a primarily desktop-based role with limited travel
Preferred
Experience working as a contractor or in matrixed project environments
Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
Prior experience supporting multiple utility-scale projects simultaneously
