Sales Advisor - Dental Practice($1M+ deal size)
Talentsearchpro is seeking a Dental Sell-Side Advisor to drive the conversion of dental leads into high-value contracts. This role involves managing a pipeline of deals, performing valuations, and building relationships within the dental service organizations and private equity sectors.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Deal Management: Manage a high-volume pipeline and deliver signed contracts within the dental vertical
Valuation & Analysis: Perform dental-specific valuations using US metrics and clinical metric interpretation
DSO Relationship Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with major US Dental Service Organizations and private equity groups
Deal Structuring: Navigate complex M&A components
Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in P&L gathering and tax return analysis
Vertical Penetration: Secure deals across targeted sub-verticals
Global Collaboration: Participate in meetings outside standard local business hours
Qualification
Required
Over 5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or equity sales
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or related field
Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures
Deep understanding of the criteria for major US groups
Analyze clinical metrics and dental-specific benchmarks
Proficiency in CRM management and digital tools
