3+ years expFidelity Investments is looking for a qualified individual to assume a key role as Systems Services and Support Analyst within the Electronic Data Transmissions team. The role involves the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between the Workplace Investing division and third parties, as well as monitoring the environment and responding to user request tickets.

Responsibilities
This resource participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and handles stakeholder escalations
The team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between WI and third parties and the systems that enable them
The responsibilities of this role include the analysis of incidents and abends, monitoring of the environment, and responding to user request tickets
Additional responsibilities and assignments are possible, depending on the experience, skills, and interests of the successful candidate
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years of working experience and strong knowledge of FTP / SFTP / AS2/ NDM and other managed file transmission protocols
Experience with batch and data support activities using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and various mainframe technologies such as Control-M, TSO, ISPF, and SQL
Experience with Python scripting and automation
Proven ability to script mainframe automation with REXX and other mainframe tools
Prior application and batch operations and support experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
Phenomenal customer service skills and customer satisfaction orientation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Availability to provide some off-hours /weekend on-call coverage as required
