This role involves leading compliance initiatives and serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives, including audit readiness, due diligence, regulatory monitoring, and policy governance across Legal, Security, Privacy, and Operations
Own and scale core operational programs such as contract review, procurement, vendor risk, and contract lifecycle management, serving as a primary point of accountability
Act as a strategic partner to leadership by project-managing complex, ambiguous initiatives and serving as a reliable “number two” during audits, partner reviews, and regulatory inquiries
Qualification
Required
Experience in insurance compliance, with a strong understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and operational compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and execute cross-functional programs in a dynamic or high-growth environment
Preferred
Legal training strongly preferred (JD), with comfort reviewing and negotiating contracts and working with outside counsel
