Collaborate efficiently with educators and support staff across two elementary buildings, managing morning sessions at one location and afternoon sessions at the other
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies to meet individual goals
Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Preferred
Certification in special education, K-12
Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably K-5
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12 students
Strong organizational skills to coordinate instruction across two school locations
Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
