Appointment Setting Intern
Harbor Marketing Agency is a company that helps breweries grow by filling their taprooms and boosting revenue. They are seeking an Appointment Setting Intern to engage with brewery owners and book qualified meetings for their sales team while learning about marketing and sales in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities
Reach out to brewery owners and decision-makers via email and social platforms
Set qualified appointments (both sales conversations and podcast bookings) for our sales team with interested brewery prospects
Follow simple scripts while still sounding natural and human
Research and learn how to identify good-fit prospects
Track outreach, conversations, and booked meetings in our CRM
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and results
Learn how marketing agencies generate leads and grow client accounts
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills — you're comfortable talking to new people
Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
Coachability — you take feedback well and want to improve
Organized and reliable
Interest in marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship
Preferred
Bonus points if you like craft beer and breweries
