Responsibilities
Prepare and operate interventional radiology imaging equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal imaging quality
Assist during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment
Maintain imaging equipment and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards
Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience
ARRT certification
Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with specialized training or experience in Interventional Radiology
Proficiency in operating IR imaging systems and understanding of related procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Current licensure as required by the state of Wisconsin
Preferred
