Responsibilities
Manage daily Accounts Receivable responsibilities for a portfolio of 200+ accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances
Connect with customers and payer portals to resolve payment issues, billing questions, and disputes
Research, analyze, and resolve short/over-payments and disputed items promptly
Maintain accurate customer records including account reconciliations, payment applications, adjustments (write-offs, credit memos), and updates to bill-to/ship-to addresses
Document processes and maintain reference lists for consistency and efficiency
Participate in process improvement initiatives with data-driven recommendations
Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum AA Degree in Accounting or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in credit and collections required
Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage workload proactively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work non-standard hours if required
Must complete monthly enhanced background checks at hire and throughout employment
