Responsibilities
Leading AI Transformation initiatives across supply chain with Python, AI/ML, Gen AI
Translate business challenges into AI‑powered solutions
Define AI adoption roadmaps, enterprise AI workflows, and operating models
Drive responsible AI governance, bias checks, model validation protocols, and regulatory compliance
Work with stakeholders in IT, product, business, and compliance teams
Educate executives and staff on AI capabilities and limitations
Drive change management and organizational enablement for AI transformation
Coordinate in Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data using
Python (pandas as NumPy), SQL and databases like Snowflake
Perform Exploratory data analysis (EDA) and communicate insights through
Visualizations and dashboards
Build and deploy Machine learning/Deep learning models for predictive analysis
NLP tasks, and Gen AI use using libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace etc
Coordinate and Implement solutions such as conversational bots, summarization
Deploy models using FAST API/Docker and automate pipelines on Google Cloud
Ensure version control and scalability through cloud-native solutions
Work cross-functionally to align tech solutions with business needs
Work on POCs and research, prototyping and GenAI experiments
Ensure to Maintain clear documentation and support reproducibility in projects
Qualification
Required
Ability to frame business problems into analytical use cases
Excellent communication for stakeholder management
Strong grounding in AI governance, ethics, and risk
Gen AI, Machine Learning
NLP models [Hugging face, transformers, LLMs (BERT, GPT), Custom Chatbot, NLU, NLG]
Programming skills with Python, SQL
Having Advisory/Lead role exp with Strong Analytical skills
Preferred
Cloud Knowledge - Azure/AWS/GCP
