Vice President of Global Sales
Topify.ai is building Agentic Growth Infrastructure for the AI-native era, helping B2B companies win organic visibility and revenue across AI-driven channels. They are seeking a Vice President of Global Sales to build, lead, and scale their B2B sales engine, starting from hands-on deal closing and growing into a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Own global B2B revenue growth
Define and execute sales strategy for the US market
Hands-on enterprise sales
Personally source leads, run sales cycles, and close enterprise deals
Open and scale key accounts
Mid-market → Enterprise customers
Build and lead the sales team
Hiring, coaching, pipeline management, performance systems
Work closely with Marketing & Product
Align GTM motion, messaging, and customer feedback
Represent Topify in US communities
Build influence with founders, operators, and decision-makers
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of strong B2B sales growth in the US market
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Experience selling SaaS / Marketing Tech products
Strong hands-on selling ability (not just strategy)
Experience building and managing sales teams
Clear ownership mindset — comfortable in high-intensity startup environments
Preferred
Experience selling AI / AI Agent / automation products
Strong network in US B2B, startup, or enterprise communities
Founder-level mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Experience scaling revenue from early traction to meaningful ARR
