Director/ExecutiveTriangle2 Solutions is leading the search for an Executive Director for Friends of Hocking Hills State Park, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting one of Ohio’s most visited state parks. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, fundraising efforts, and organizational development while serving as the primary ambassador for the organization.

Leading diversified fundraising efforts (individual giving, memberships, events, grants, and sponsorships)
Cultivating donors and partners
Building organizational systems
Developing a lean, high-performing staff and volunteer structure
Providing strategic oversight of the John Glenn Astronomy Park
Serving as the organization’s primary external ambassador
Qualification
Required
Mission-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in nonprofit leadership
Ability to lead diversified fundraising efforts (individual giving, memberships, events, grants, and sponsorships)
Strong relationship-building skills with Board and partners
Experience in developing organizational systems
Ability to build and manage a high-performing staff and volunteer structure
Strategic oversight experience, particularly in relation to organizational growth
Strong communication skills to serve as the organization's primary external ambassador
Preferred
Experience with strategic planning and implementation
Background in financial management and fundraising systems
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector in Ohio
Experience in capital and programmatic growth initiatives
