Qualification
Required
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in account management, client servicing, and problem-solving
Basic understanding of insurance products, including Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Annuities
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong proficiency with standard office software and CRM platforms
Preferred
Familiarity with case design and underwriting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
