Responsibilities

Lead all finance and accounting functions with a focus on growth and profitability
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain clean financial reporting
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models
Perform detailed financial modeling for new business opportunities
Analyze pricing strategies and deal structures for optimal returns
Oversee preparation of financial packages and executive-level presentations
Drive strategic initiatives, including partnerships and joint ventures
Provide insights on market trends and economic viability of new ventures
Maintain financial discipline while supporting innovation and expansion
Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business objectives
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team as the company scales

Required

Experience within life sciences, biotech, medical device, or similar industries required
Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on capacities
Experience with M&A transactions and deal structuring
Strong analytical mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred

Background in investment banking or similar high-level financial analysis a plus
MBA and/or CPA certification strongly preferred
