Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and track the Fusion product roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and budget
Coordinate with Engineering Managers and their leads to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery
Provide clear, data‑driven updates to senior Microsoft leadership (GM, Principal PMs, CVPs) and business partners using Fusion
Identify risks early, manage cross‑team dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
Establish delivery governance, reporting cadences, and continuous improvement practices
Qualification
Required
Strong program/project management experience in engineering or platform environments
Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering and product teams
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level reporting and storytelling
Experience with roadmap planning, budget tracking, and risk management
Familiarity with Microsoft engineering processes preferred
Bachelor's Degree
