Responsibilities
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Deliver executive-ready reporting with clear narratives and actionable insights
Analyze performance across volume, price/mix, costs, margins, productivity, and CAPEX
Build advanced financial and scenario models to support strategic decisions
Develop and automate dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Participate in Executive Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
Improve FP&A processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of FP&A or analytical finance experience (manufacturing/operations preferred)
Advanced Excel skills; strong Power BI or data visualization experience
Deep understanding of financial drivers, variance analysis, and forecasting
Ability to clearly explain the why behind the numbers
Confidence presenting to senior and executive leadership
A curious, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
Preferred
MBA/MS Finance

planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion)
professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FPAC)
