Responsibilities
Support client onboarding from a billing perspective
Process client billing actions, including:
Cancellations
Downgrades
Upgrades
Perform billing reconciliation and transaction audits
Assist with chargeback rebuttals and documentation
Generate and maintain recurring reports, including:
Immediate cancellation reports
End-of-month (EOM) billing reports
Client Management Audits
Outstanding Debtors reports
Monitor past-due accounts and follow up with clients via phone and email
Document all billing outreach and payment activity
Respond to internal billing inquiries from Account Managers
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client data
Support additional billing tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfort working with billing systems, spreadsheets, and reports
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes without deviation
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in billing, accounting support, or financial operations
