Office Support Specialist
Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company is seeking an Office Support Specialist to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of their commercial property portfolio. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to tenants, coordinating operations transitions, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, providing immediate and professional "white glove" service via phone and/or email
Operation Transitions: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all administrative requirements, insurance certificates and utility transfers are completed
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external service providers, including scheduling maintenance and verifying work completion
Adminstrative: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, reports and operation documentation
Customer Support: Proactively address tenant concerns and service requests and ensuring issues are resolved quickly
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams, etc)
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication
Problem solving skills and be proactive with tasks and challenges
Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked
Preferred
Experience in commercial property management, facilities coordination or a related field is highly desirable
