Dispatcher
The Parking Spot is a leading near-airport parking company with over 25 years in business. They are seeking Dispatchers to ensure timely shuttle dispatching and maintain service levels between the parking facility and airport, while providing excellent customer service to guests.
Parking
Responsibilities
Dispatch shuttles and maintains ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
Ensure consistent service through proper movement of shuttles
Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals
Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
Maintain neat and clean work area
Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
Assist and educate guests on TPS Spot Club Program and inquiries
Fill water cooler
Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
Basic math and computer skills are essential
Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
Preferred
Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience
