Responsibilities

High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to Venture Capital funds, Family Offices, and private investors
Mandate Discovery: Engage with investors to uncover their specific investment criteria (sector, check size, geography, stage) and record this intelligence in our CRM
The "Pitch & Hook": Articulate the value proposition of specific portfolio companies to potential investors to generate immediate interest
Relentless Follow-Up: Manage a tight follow-up cadence. You will ensure no lead falls through the cracks, often following up 5–7 times to get a response
Conversion to Meeting: The ultimate goal of every interaction is to schedule a discovery call between the investor and the portfolio company
Pipeline Organization: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce). Every email sent, mandate note recorded, and meeting booked must be tracked in real-time

Hunter Mentality: You are not afraid of hearing 'no' and you don't hesitate to follow up. You treat outreach as a numbers game that requires persistence
Financial Fluency: You can speak confidently to sophisticated investors. You understand the difference between a Family Office and a VC Fund, and you know what terms like 'carry,' 'pre-money valuation,' and 'ticket size' mean
Hyper-Organized: You can manage hundreds of active email threads simultaneously without dropping the ball
Clear Communicator: Your emails are short, punchy, and persuasive. You get to the point immediately
1–3 Years Experience: Background in Sales development (SDR/BDR), Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Recruitment
