Territory Account Manager
Eclipse Recruiting is working with a large building material distributor/manufacturer seeking an Account Manager for the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami Territory. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for major customers and maintaining strong business relationships while developing and implementing territory sales plans.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with direct end users and indirect customers, i.e., dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and individual homeowners, and thereby control the sales and placement of our products
Develop, implement, and adopt territory sales plans based on ongoing analysis of market conditions, which assess opportunities for competitive advantage consistent with company objectives
Coordinate efforts and communicate effectively with sales management, demand management, marketing, and manufacturing
Identify and track all relevant job leads and product specification opportunities
Effectively organize, plan, and manage activities both independently and in a team setting
Qualification
Required
2-3 years in an outside sales role in the building materials/construction industry
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
