Responsibilities
Handling good order requirements for annuity new business
Keying, issuing, and preparing Letter of Acceptance packets
Working closely with business partners across the organization to meet service level agreements
Balancing quality, speed, and accuracy in a deadline-driven setting
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in a customer service and or office administrative experience
Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to problem solve
The drive to learn quickly and make fact-based decisions
Strong time management and organizational skills
A team-first mindset and excellent communication abilities
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Technical knowledge related to annuities is a plus, but not required—we will train you!
