The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing signed loan documents for completeness and accuracy, working with branch partners to resolve any issues, and assisting in obtaining missing title policies.

Responsibilities
Review signed loan documents for completeness and accuracy, work with branch partners to resolve any issues update reports and review data output for accuracy by validating to sign documents and/ loan matrices
Will also assist in obtaining with obtaining missing title policies by following up with the applicable title company
Reviewing the title policy for accuracy and prepare files for imagining into the banks content management system
Other misc. tasks as assigned to assist the documentation and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Review signed loan documents for completeness and accuracy
Work with branch partners to resolve any issues
Update reports and review data output for accuracy by validating to signed documents and/or loan matrices
Assist in obtaining missing title policies by following up with the applicable title company
Review the title policy for accuracy
Prepare files for imaging into the bank's content management system
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned to assist the documentation and operations teams
