Responsibilities

Document Handling, Classification & Indexing: Efficiently manage, classify, and index a wide array of documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
Data Verification & Accuracy Checking: Conduct comprehensive verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data handled, supporting organizational decision-making and compliance
HR Document Management: Collaborate with HR and People Ops teams to manage documentation specific to human resources, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows
Records & Information Management: Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of records and information, maintaining high standards of organization and accessibility
High Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Uphold rigorous attention to detail across all tasks, ensuring precision in record-keeping and data management
Document Management Systems Expertise: Utilize systems such as SharePoint, CMS, and HRIS to efficiently manage documents and information, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Proven experience in document and information management, ideally within a People Ops or HR context
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders

All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with document management systems, including SharePoint, OpenText, and PeopleSoft strongly preferred
