The Director of Business Growth will partner with the CEO to execute growth initiatives across various channels while managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with the CEO to identify, prioritize and execute growth initiatives across retail, Amazon, DTC and emerging channels
Build and maintain revenue models, forecasts and performance dashboards
Analyze cross-channel performance, identify opportunities and recommend actions to accelerate growth
Support go-to-market planning for new product launches and key campaigns
Own and partner on major cross-functional projects from start to finish (marketing, sales, ops, product, finance)
Turn high-level ideas into structured plans with timelines, owners and deliverables
Run weekly growth and KPI reviews, ensuring accountability and forward progress
Actively unblock teams and keep initiatives moving without needing constant direction
Develop reporting frameworks for key metrics (revenue, CAC, channel performance, inventory velocity, promotions, etc.)
Surface insights and trends that inform strategic decisions
Support scenario planning and business modeling
Prepare executive-level materials including decks, briefs and analyses
Help improve internal processes and operating rhythms
Serve as a thought partner to leadership while remaining deeply execution-oriented
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in consumer growth, strategy, BizOps, consulting or startup operations
Strong analytical skills with comfort building models and working deeply in spreadsheets
Experience supporting or owning omnichannel growth (retail + ecommerce preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
Excellent written and verbal communication
