Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of engagements, delivering tailored neuro-symbolic workflows
Manage planning, internal coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure the successful and on-time deployment of workflow
Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps in the client’s business processes and opportunities to implement agentic workflows
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to translate client challenges into structured workflows powered by Growth Protocol’s neuro-symbolic reasoning engine
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring workflow design and delivery align with key business objectives
Document and communicate the ROI of delivered workflows, including measurable outcomes, adoption metrics, and overall business impact
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and sustained client success
Identify new use cases, expansion opportunities, and best practices to increase platform value for clients
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise solution delivery
Demonstrated success leading complex projects and managing senior client relationships
Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders, including senior executives
Strong analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Experience driving revenue growth on enterprise accounts, working closely with Sales on retention and expansion strategies
