Responsibilities

Supporting the daily operations of the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine
Providing administrative and clerical support across programs
Maintaining patient databases
Assisting with special events
Supporting retail operations
Contributing to a seamless, patient-centered experience
Support excellent customer service through coordination of scheduling, communication, registration, and intake processes

Required

Knowledge of insurance benefits and coding - to support the Graf Center Desk/insurance calls and be responsible for the Executive Wellness program's daily functions
Minimum of 2 years medical / hospital, medical office, or wellness center experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office products required
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Direct patient and physician experience preferred
A working knowledge or interest in holistic wellness a plus
Previous experience with EPIC and Athena a plus
College degree preferred
