Gather customer information and assist in preparing accounts for enrollment
Maintain consistent follow up communication to ensure a smooth experience
Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing skill development sessions
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and people skills

Comfort meeting face-to-face with business owners and managers
