Responsibilities

Assists with data collection and implementation of accounting methods, contracting, monthly invoicing, budget tracking, earned value, accounts receivable tracking, status reports, and cost projections based on Project Manager or Project Controls Manager direction
Supports project team in aspects of document management and collaboration websites. Works to ensure the project file structure complies with Kleinfelder guidelines where applicable
Assists in the logical creation of additional folder structure, usage, and document filing for all areas of the project
Assists with project tasks such as project funding and project communications

Required

Associate degree from a two-year college in Finance, Business, Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum 4 years of related experience to include project controls accounting experience, working with multiple teams, and cost management for fast-paced projects

B.S. in Finance/Accounting preferred
