Sales Operations Coordinator (Wholesale)
Onia is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their wholesale business by managing order execution from entry to shipment. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing and provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients.

Responsibilities
Enter and manage wholesale and dropship orders in BlueCherry ERP
Confirm orders with customers and track them through shipment
Partner with Ops/Logistics to troubleshoot and resolve order issues
Support the Sales team with order status, updates, and issue resolution
Deliver responsive, detail-oriented customer service to wholesale accounts
Use Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data transforms) for order tracking and reconciliation
Assist with samples, product copy, care instructions, and customer documentation
Qualification
Required
Hands-on BlueCherry experience (required)
Strong Excel skills, including lookups and data cleanup
Experience supporting wholesale or B2B customers
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Clear communicator comfortable working cross-functionally
Preferred
Shopify experience
Familiarity with Mirakl and/or DSCO
Apparel or consumer goods background
Dropship program experience
