Responsibilities

Support project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives within Woman’s Hospital
Apply industrial engineering and continuous improvement principles to analyze workflows
Support performance improvement efforts
Assist with the planning and execution of projects
Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and operational leaders to support initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce variation, and support sustainable change across the organization

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program relevant to the internship discipline (Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field)
Available to participate in the full internship program during the designated summer session (June 1 - July 31, 2026)
