Review & document real-world data systems you built or managed
Break down BI layers (dashboards, metrics, funnels, cohorts)
Analyze operational reporting across Product, Ops, and Finance
Explain how data flows from schema → decision-makers
Qualification
Required
CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders from mid-sized startups (20–150 people)
Review & document real-world data systems you built or managed
Break down BI layers (dashboards, metrics, funnels, cohorts)
Analyze operational reporting across Product, Ops, and Finance
Explain how data flows from schema → decision-makers
Former or current Founders / CEOs only
Deep experience building internal data systems
Industry-agnostic, architecture-focused
Available for a clearly scoped, short-term project
