Planning, directing, and organizing the activities of the unit staff
Assisting the CPO III
Overseeing the operations of the HVAC Renovation and Building Operations Unit
Qualification
Required
Multiple years working as a Journey Level Stationary Engineer in a supervision or lead role as well as trades or construction background
Broad understanding of architectural and mechanical blueprints and schematics for projects in development and or in progress
Ability to troubleshoot various types of equipment, including state of the art mechanical systems and highly complex laboratory equipment
Knowledge of Heating, ventilating, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems, electrical, water, sewage, elevator, and other mechanical systems, analysis, and treatment of boiler feed water
