Responsibilities
Proactively source exceptional candidates for GTM roles (SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, Marketing) and Technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design)
Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools
Research target companies and candidate profiles to identify high-quality talent
Write and send personalized outreach messages; iterate on messaging based on response rates
Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline metrics
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Conduct resume reviews and support early screening as needed
Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS
Ensure a thoughtful and professional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, proactive, and people-focused
Energized by research, outreach, and relationship-building
Comfortable sending cold outreach and following up
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
Have a 'do what it takes' attitude
Relentlessly resourceful
Strong internal sense of urgency; bias towards doing things today rather than tomorrow
Preferred
Recent graduate with HR, recruiting, people ops, or coordination internship experience
Experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or support roles
Experience working in a startup environment
