Customer Service Representative
Boulo Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing commercial and residential playground and ecommerce equipment dealer. They are looking for an experienced remote customer service representative to handle inbound support and proactively assist customers with product inquiries and quotes.
Responsibilities
Handle traditional inbound support (phone, email, chat)
Proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes to help them move their projects forward
Qualification
Required
Have strong attention to detail
Are team and solutions-oriented
Are helpful and professional
Take initiative beyond the normal call of duty
Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving
Have excellent communication skills
Enjoy talking to people on the phone
Value consultative discovery and relationship building
Maintain a quiet, professional background
Schedule: 8am–5pm CST, Monday–Friday. 9-6CST is also offered
Location: Birmingham, AL area preferred
Environment: A quiet, professional home office space is required for phone calls
