Responsibilities
Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team
Qualification
Required
7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense
Active Texas Bar license
Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes)
