Qualification
Required

Strong leadership and project management skills to drive and execute blockchain strategies
Advanced understanding of Web3 technology and its applications in gaming
Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technological concepts clearly
Proven track record of leading blockchain projects or initiatives
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
