Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned ESOP clients and advisors
Coordinate trustee communications with management teams, valuation firms, ERISA counsel, and third-party administrators
Track deliverables, timelines, and documentation related to ESOP transactions and ongoing trust administration
Prepare meeting materials, approvals, and fiduciary records
Support annual valuation cycles, plan events, and client onboarding
Maintain organized client files and follow internal fiduciary processes
Identify issues or risks and escalate them to senior fiduciary staff as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills
Attention to detail and comfort working in a process-driven, regulated environment
Clear written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities or strong interest in developing fiduciary expertise
Preferred
Prior experience in trust services, financial services, legal support, or ESOP administration
