Responsibilities

Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately in the accounting system
Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger balances to ensure month-end accuracy
Prepare, code, and enter invoices, expense reports, and payment runs; ensure timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
Maintain customer billing, post receipts, and follow up on collections and aged receivables
Support month-end close activities: prepare schedules, journal entries, and assist with audit requests and documentation
Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency in remote workflows
