Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion
Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value deals
Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare forecasts and reports
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM usage, and compliance standards
Participate in budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue planning
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences

Required

10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership role
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in enterprise or B2B sales environments
Exposure to global or regional sales operations
MBA or advanced degree in Business or Marketing
Experience managing large accounts and complex sales cycles
