Field Service Operations Trainer
UVeye is on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability through advanced AI-centric technology. The Field Service Operations Trainer will lead training sessions, design technical documentation, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead high-energy training sessions (in-person and virtual) that transform Field Service Engineers into product experts
Act as the ultimate escalation point, diving deep into advanced troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics to solve complex system puzzles
Own the technical knowledge base. You’ll design SOPs and manuals that become the gold standard for our global operations
Partner with R&D and Product teams to translate beta-testing feedback into scalable training programs before new tech even hits the market
Track performance metrics to prove that your training programs aren't just informative—they’re driving customer satisfaction and operational speed
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Technical Training or Field Operations Management within a multi-disciplinary/hardware environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Computer Science)
Proven ability to synthesize complex hardware processes into clear, actionable SOPs and training materials
A 'systems-thinking' mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical failures
An independent driver who can lead projects from initial concept to global rollout
Elite presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from engineers to stakeholders
Willingness to travel 30%+ and the physical ability to manage/set up industrial training equipment
Preferred
A background in the Automotive industry or high-growth Startups
Direct experience with Hardware System Installation
